In Humanity Development Training everyday’s schedule is as follows:
5:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. : Yogasanas, Pranayam, Meditation
6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. : Martial Arts (Karate, Nun Chaku, Stick rolling only for girls)
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. : Discussion Classes & Motivational Music Classes
1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. : Lunch Break
1:30 p.m. – 3:45 p.m. : Discussion Classes & Motivational Music Classes
3:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. : Tea & Tiffin break
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. : Dance, Recitation, Drama Class
5:00 p.m. : Closing of the day
Timings may, however, change from time to time as the summer and winter timetables are adjusted.
Attendance and participation in all classes and all training activities in general is compulsory for the students and is assessed at the end of each training. At least 90% attendance is compulsory in order qualify for the final assessment.
On the concluding day the students organize a cultural programme called ‘Ananda Dhara’. In this cultural programme Prizes are awarded to top 3 students based on marks obtained in the written exam and one best participant according to the students’ judgement. And all participants are awarded with certificates. The participants show their skills they have acquired in the training and perform in the cultural programme.
